Organised in three regions

Europe · North America · China

The structure is the same everywhere; the content is adapted to each region's political structure, regulations, technical specifications and commercial conditions. Reference cases from all regions are presented at every session – and all sessions are open to all stakeholders, wherever they are based.

Plate III · Training modules

Modules that run alongside your project.

The Master Class programmes are divided into separate modules. Each module is a series of seminars combined with focused workshops for an in-depth review of specific topics.

Scope and content can be adjusted to the needs and priorities of individual investment cases – running in parallel with the execution of a project.

The philosophy is hands-on and result-oriented: focused on execution and completion, with real-life reference cases – often involving the people who delivered them – and digital tools such as simulation and project management assistance.
